Enviromaster reports

Once our company has located and identified all harmful contaminants and excessive carbon monoxide levels, or adverse moisture driven situations including rising damp and mould, rotting structural supports or floorboards, we provide a written report including pictures of all problem areas in the property and the subfloor.

Our written reports also provide the location and scope of the contamination. The reports can also be forwarded to insurance companys to assist with any claim that may be made on the insurance policy.

Where applicable, the reports include the scope of the contamination, the type of contamination, pictures of the contamination, moisture readings, emission levels and all relevan tinformation so informed decisions can be made based on the findings of the report.
